When we saw this cast statue of a silver fox, we had to get it! Then thought . . . Who can we give it to!
Thinking of our community and how much we’ve spent time together, laughed, shared, bonded and grown over the past few years, we feel members (all of you) should be recognized for being so committed to the overall community.

After hours of deep thought and asking many of you your thoughts, we’ve come up with a way to honor person(s)
making significant contributions to TRF Community through compassion, time, actions, dedication and the
introduction of others (yes, there are more crazy people out there like us). With this in mind,
“The Spirit of The Riveted Fox” award was born and designed to be presented to one community
member or one member couple each quarter of the year starting January 2023.

Group Characteristics

Several character traits have been defined to help identify those who may be
considered for this award. Hopefully, these characteristics extend to everyone within
The Riveted Fox Community and are truly focused on when one is choosing
someone to nominate. They are…

Welcoming – All are welcome in The Riveted Fox Community & are embraced without judgement, clicks or subgroups
Supportive – Quick to help with knowledge or lending a hand
Caring – Ego free zone, care more of others than of self
Uninhibited – OK with having fun as adults without the worry of being so proper or what others may think
Thick Skinned – Refer to above characteristic….we love to laugh and joke around. Ability to take what you dish out.
Loves other people – Focuses on the collective, enjoys socializing, meeting & introducing others to the group

Eligibility

Any member of The Riveted Fox Community may be nominated and should be considered
with the exception of Chris & Gina. When nominating someone, remember this is not a popularity contest.
Some members may not be as “out in front” as others, but still are just as important or more to the group as a whole.
Maybe ask yourself . . . Who has shown the most group spirit? Who proudly shares the community with
others (online or in person)? One may not nominate themselves or campaign for a nomination, but may put
themselves “out there” by being active during online events, posting in the weRVhere group, sharing
posts and introducing others to our fun . . . Living ~ Loving ~ Connecting . . . Community!
We love each one of you and feel very thankful to call you friends! And we just know
that one day each of you will have received “The Spirit of The Riveted Fox” !
