Social Media Terms of Engagement: No (Zero) Tolerance Policy for any comments, material, content or posts that are racist, fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, profane, libelist, sexist, abusive, offensive, threatening, hateful, include full or partial nudity, are obscene or otherwise objectionable will be immediately deleted. Any users of this site posting such content will immediately be banned from using the site without notice.

Fox 4 LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of users/visitors to our website, subscribers and attendees to our events, newsletters, and those providing contact information. Also, Fox 4 LLC is opposed to unauthorized commercial email delivery, otherwise known as spam. Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. Fox 4 LLC, uses WordPress to make it easy for you to leave comments on blog posts. Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract any location data from images on the website. As an attendee of our events, any images taken will equally be managed.

Cookies: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Online Events, Seminars and Campouts: Fox 4 LLC, The Riveted Fox, and/or weRVhere, host online events. If you purchase tickets for one of these events, you will enter personal data for processing this transaction. Square will process your payment. Emails regarding your purchase may be transmitted through Square, which does not store your personal information. We communicate with event attendees via email through WordPress, Gmail, Square and/or our website which stores the product you purchased and your personal contact information on their servers.
