Overview
Our refund and returns policy varies by purchase product type. This is due to the different items that can be purchased through our website. Review these types below.
1. Most items in our Merch store are created by two different print on demand companies and their refund and return policies are not very friendly considering the custom nature of the finished item. If you purchase something that “is not size specific” and wish to return it we will offer a full refund for 14 days after receipt of item. Return shipping to us is your responsibility.
2. If the item you wish to return “is size specific”, we cannot offer a full refund. The size charts for clothing is listed on each item in our store, and choosing the correct size is the responsibility of the customer. As long as the item has not been washed or worn, we will provide a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price and the item must be shipped back to us prior to the refund. Return shipping to us is your responsibility. **Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact us directly at info@therivetedfox.com or by using our “Get in touch” area of the website.
3. E-Books and any other downloadable digital products are not refundable. All sales are final.
4. Camping Event tickets will have specific refund and cancelation terms per event. Refer to those event details on the specific event details page you plan to purchase.
5. Online or Zoom based events that require a ticket purchase for access are fully refundable up to 24hrs prior to the event start time.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. FOX4 LLC is not responsible for lost items during shipping.
